Carolanne Reynolds
Dear ADRA member:
We are sorry to advise of the passing of Carolanne Reynolds on Thursday evening. Carolanne was a long-time member, director, and former president (when it was the Ambleside Ratepayers Association) of the Ambleside and Dundarave Residents Association. Carolanne was very devoted to the community of West Vancouver through her efforts as a Councillor, Editor of WV Matters, Chair of the West Vancouver Heritage Committee and involvement in numerous other local organizations.
She rarely missed attending and reporting on Council meetings as well as other District meetings, keeping citizens of West Vancouver up to date in a fair and balanced manner.
Carolanne organized the Royal Tea By-The-Sea for over 20 years, and the West Vancouver Heritage Fayre in February. Anyone on her WV Matters mailing list enjoyed many smiles from the inclusions with her newsletter and listings of community events.
Carolanne is survived by her husband of 40 years, George Pajari. Both Carolanne and George worked together to help make West Vancouver a better place to live, because West Vancouver does matter.
