Have you noticed the epidemic (not Covid) of traffic obstacles that WVD Engineering keep imagining? Two examples in the ADRA neighbourhood: 14th St (Grosvenor) and 15th & Fulton.

In the year of Covid you’d wonder where the money comes from (answer: that 2% hike in taxes?)
At 15th and Fulton the Bump-Outs are a mere 2 feet wide .. worth the dig?
